PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (where applicable). Delivery costs are added at checkout.
Payment is taken securely at the time of order via our supported payment providers. We do not store full card details.
We reserve the right to change pricing or promotional offers at any time. Errors in pricing will be corrected and you will be notified before any payment is processed.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver both within the UK and internationally. Full details on shipping options, timescales and fees are available at checkout.
Please ensure all delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns on unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt, in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To request a return, please contact us at customerservices@mykitco.uk.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods and issued via the original payment method. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Custom or personalised products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide a replacement, refund or repair in accordance with your legal rights.
You may be asked to provide photos or return the item to us for inspection.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, product designs and product description on this website - including images, graphics, text, logos and product names - is the property of MKCUK Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy or use any content without prior written consent.
MYKITCO is a registered trademark and must always be written in capital letters.
